  • Working at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, you will develop data-driven planning strategies, optimize processes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our production network.
  • What You'll Do
  • Own the strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning, ensuring the achievement of cost, quality, and service level targets.
  • Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning, aligning capacity and workforce requirements with demand forecasts while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure realistic, aligned, and executable production plans.
  • Analyze operational data and key performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
  • Continuously enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality and adherence to established standards.
  • Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • What You'll Bring
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
  • A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for taking ownership in a fast-paced production environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
