- Why LSP44 ?
- LSP44 is the AI-native agent and API infrastructure company for logistics service providers - the 3PLs, freight forwarders
- brokers who move the world’s freight. Built on more than a decade of the largest logistics data graph and carrier network on Earth (280,000+ carriers, 1.5 billion shipments, 706 million carrier events processed daily), LSP44 gives LSPs the AI agents, carrier infrastructure
- developer capabilities to embed intelligence directly into their own products and workflows.
- LSP44 isn’t a startup chasing a market - it’s the original infrastructure project44 built starting in 2014
- nine of the world’s ten largest logistics service providers already run on it. LSP44 launched profitable on day one, with its own sales, engineering
- a mandate to move at the speed of the LSPs it serves.
- If you want to build technology that ships in days instead of quarters, that LSPs embed directly into how they operate, and that’s grounded in more data and context than anyone else in the category - we should talk.
- AI at LSP44
- Every LSP44 team member is expected to be an intelligent, hands-on user of AI - and for Product, that bar is even higher: the products you’re defining are AI agents. We don’t expect everyone to be a data scientist, but we do expect everyone to identify where AI adds value, direct it effectively, evaluate its outputs critically
- govern it responsibly, in your own workflow and in the products you build.
- Overview
- We’re looking for a Product Designer to help define and build LSP44’s next generation of AI agent and API infrastructure, in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales

- What you’ll own
- You’ll own the end-to-end design of one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolio and technology, from early concept and prototyping through shipped product, working directly with Product, Engineering, Sales
- Marketing - including forward-deployed engineers on-site with customers - to design for real operational complexity, not abstractions.
- Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for LSP44’s AI agents and embeddable interfaces - from dashboards and exception queues to agent monitoring and configuration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex logistics and agent workflows into clear, usable design
- Design for two audiences at once: the LSP operators who run the agents day to day, and the developers who embed LSP44 into their own products
- Contribute to and evolve LSP44’s design system and interaction patterns as the agent portfolio grows
- Run or contribute to user research and testing with LSP operators to validate design direction
- Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns before committing engineering effort
- Ideal background
- Product design experience in B2B SaaS, logistics/supply chain, or another operationally complex domain
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving, 0-to-1 environment, partnering tightly with engineering rather than through hand-offs
- Experience designing for AI-driven, agentic, or automation-heavy products a strong plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, from research through shipped product
- Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product design or UX, ideally within B2B SaaS or a technically complex domain
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Track record of partnering directly with engineering to ship technical products
