About the role We’re excited to have an opportunity in our FP&A team for an Analyst, supporting us through our transition to Workday’s ERP platform. You’ll work closely with all of our FP&A teams to understand our processes and working files, helping us to evolve into our new environment.

You’ll get exposure to a variety of business areas as well as FP&A processes and our financial reporting system. We're looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual, with experience of working within Finance teams, who wants to broaden their skill set whilst working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll do Understanding the evolution of our chart of accounts Support in updating all of our processes, to get the most out of our transition Drive best in class documentation, enhancing control and ease of use Collaborating with Finance and business colleagues General support across the FP&A team as we balance priorities The skills and experience you’ll need Experience with Workday and OneStream Planning’s planning platform are a plus Ability to work on your own initiative at a fast pace and manage own time across multiple tasks Proven ability to build strong relationships within team, wider department and offshore teams A team player who can work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience with monthly and annual FP&A processes Spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) A willingness to embrace AI to unlock efficiencies through process improvements Where and how you'll work This is a 12 months fixed term position based in our Nottingham offices.

Whilst it's not guaranteed, there's potential to explore a permanent role at the end of the contract. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being optional work-from-home days.

The office is open on Monday and Friday if you do want to work from there. Our offices are designed to inspire and support you.
