Associate Supply Chain Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join and support the Supply Chain MRO Team (Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul) team based in Jacksonville, Florida .

The person selected to join our team will interface with several cross-functional peers and customers on a daily basis, both internally and externally, for the BGS Supply Chain requirements in support of MRO aircraft and structural repairs.

This role combines day-to-day supply chain execution with responsibility for metric reporting, dashboard management, leadership-level presentation development, and data analysis. The successful candidate will perform order execution and delivery management while compiling, synthesizing, and presenting high-level status, risks, issues, and help leadership in a concise and actionable way.

Position Responsibilities: A self-starter who demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for one's actions. Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.

Execute day-to-day supply chain activities supporting MRO aircraft and structural repairs, including order entry, tracking, delivery coordination, and returns processing. Proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks and impediments with recommended actions and owners.

Build, maintain, and own operational dashboards and metric reporting (e.g., OTD, Cycle Time, Shortages, and performance to plan). Collect, analyze, and validate supply chain and repair performance data; identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Synthesize data into clear executive summaries and slide decks for leadership briefings that highlight current status, key risks, issues, mitigation plans, and requests for support. Provide weekly and ad-hoc metric packages and visualizations that support decision-making (trend charts, heat maps, RIO status).

Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, engineering, quality, warehouse and materials management) to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and redistribution initiatives using data-driven recommendations.

Support continuous improvement projects leveraging data analysis and modeling to reduce cost, improve availability, and shorten repair cycles. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning 1+ years of experience with organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 3+ years of experience collecting data, developing metrics, presenting information Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent work/military experience 1+ years of experience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Material Management Services (MMS) supporting MRO 1+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and creating KPI frameworks Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards, or equivalent) and produce executive-level presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex analyses into concise leadership-ready content Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
