- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field - Experience hiring, developing
- managing high-performing technical teams - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - 10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter operations, facility engineering operations, information technology critical environment facilities, advanced high volume manufacturing, datacenter build-outs and scaling
- similar experience - Demonstrated track record in delivering complex analytical and quantitative projects through verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical
- controls systems for critical infrastructures - Experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies
- related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization
