Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Business Operations team located in Renton, Washington on 1st Shift .

Position Responsibilities: Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Provides limited feedback on assessment results.

Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives. 1+ year of experience working in either manufacturing or aerospace. Proficient experience in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with immigration requirements for international travel Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in a fast paced/dynamic environment Experience with Travel@Boeing, including expense reports and booking travel Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
