The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, performance, and security of network services across data centers, offices, cloud environments, and remote locations.
The individual will work closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve incidents, implement changes, and support business-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity using network management tools.
Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues. Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and WAN/LAN connectivity problems. Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with change management procedures.
Support lifecycle management activities, including hardware and software refreshes. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service-impacting issues. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities. Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Support disaster recovery testing, infrastructure projects, and new technology implementations.
Education & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years’ experience Proven effectiveness in the areas of Vendor management, cost analysis, and RFP frameworks. Preferred experience Proven experience in developing design standards and configuration standards documentation a plus Knowledge of hybrid extranet and internet topologies, design, and implementations a plus Experience with AWS and Azure network concepts a plus Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
