Become a part of our caring community The Business Intelligence Lead solves complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Business Intelligence Lead describes the tools, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. You will advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 4 years of experience 2 or more years of project leadership experience Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations Experience analyzing data to solve different business problems and creating data visualizations that inform strategic direction Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations Experience with Adobe Analytics and Databricks Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating requirements between business, project management, and technical projects Experience presenting to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data systems Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling Experience creating analytics solutions for multiple healthcare sectors Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
