About The Role
The Regional Content Operations Lead plays a key role in helping Diageo’s APAC markets deliver the right content faster, smarter and more efficiently. Sitting within the regional Content Studio, this role manages content demand and delivery across assigned categories, ensuring global assets are effectively adapted for local market use while driving greater reuse, consistency and speed to market.
Acting as the day-to-day link between market and brand teams and agency delivery partners, you will help shape stronger briefs, streamline production routes and ensure content is delivered on time, to brief and ready for approval, storage and reuse.
Role Responsibilities: Manage content demand and delivery across assigned markets and categories, with a strong focus on adapting global brand assets for local market use. Review, clarify and challenge briefs from market and brand teams to improve briefing quality, eliminate duplication and ensure requests are commercially valuable and fit for purpose.
Find opportunities for asset reuse and determine the most efficient delivery route, including adaptation, AI-enabled production, agency production or new content creation where required. Translate market requirements into clear agency briefs covering assets, formats, timelines, mandatories, approvals and creative direction to enable efficient execution.
Partner closely with agency teams to guide workflows, templates and production approaches, reviewing outputs where needed to ensure quality and brand consistency. Track delivery status, risks, dependencies and missing inputs through content planning platforms, ensuring assets are completed on time and ready for approval, storage, tagging and reuse.
Support the Head of Content, APAC with day-to-day studio operations, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement across ways of working, content delivery and regional content processes. Experience / Skills Required: 6+ years of experience in content delivery, creative operations, marketing operations, production, agency account management, brand management or regional marketing environments.
Strong understanding of content briefing, creative adaptation, asset reuse, production workflows and approval processes across multiple markets and stakeholders. Strong creative judgement, with the ability to interpret briefs, assess outputs, provide clear feedback and effectively bridge brand teams and agency partners.
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume content or marketing environment. Good working knowledge of AI-enabled production tools, content planning platforms, digital asset management systems and modern content operations workflows.
Strong attention to detail and confidence challenging weak briefs, duplicated requests or low-value work in order to improve efficiency, quality and speed. Strong communication, collaborator management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance service, execution excellence and continuous improvement across regional content delivery.
