- Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
- Project Manager for OE customers
- “Entrepreneur” of New Product devellopment projects
- Achievement of business targets with high impact on Division through management of innovative solutions(Project Management)
- Set-up of Project-Charter and Project management plan
- Define Top-Level project schedule
- Assure achievements of project objectives and targets
- Perform Project Risk Management
- Ensure customer sample quality and timing
- Estimate and track project costs
- Project budgeting and control of project profit
- Prepare and present project status
- Responsible for achievement of the PM-KPI’s (CPC completeness and consistency, OTD, EBIT)
- Responsible for achievement of project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on quality, on budget/ profit, customer satisfaction)
- Manage interface between customer and project team
- Lead & develop project team; issue project related instructions
- Decide within scope of the project
- Maintain all internal and external documentation
- Perform Lessons Learned and Final Project Review
- Perform Stakeholder Management
- Support and execute various change management request from customer.
- Co-ordinate approvals for Bosch requsted changes
- Support AcM during acquisition phase
- Co-ordinate internal and external audits
- Responsible forproject-specific decision-making Engineering degree ( BE) Minimum 5-7 years in Project management, Key account management, ENG, manufacturing. - Working experience at Automotive company preferably handling the OEMs Competency requirements: * Critical Skills: Basics of Automotive systems Excellent communication skills ( written & spoken), Commercial apptitude Positive attitude Go-getter, Mover * Essential Skills: 'Basics of Brake systems Analytical skills, MS office expertise, Negotiation skills Ability to influence people Desirable Skills : Knowing Bosch project management, German language, PMI certification Customer management Good and pleasing personality
