Key Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Support the Medical Education Managers with day-to-day operations Support in the preparation and dissemination of information and communication materials, as well as the coordination of meeting schedules Support the Medical Education team in executing Therapy Area-specific assignments to enhance educational strategies Assist in the overall execution of educational programs and coordination of contracts, evaluations, attendance, and other needs associated with the programs Support change management initiatives for Medical Education optimization while ensuring that all changes comply with policies & internal requirements Participate in cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and implement medical education strategies Lead special assignments related to medical education with broad business impact Champion improvements in processes and systems to create increased efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction Identify and enable operational efficiency between the Medical Education team and other cross-functional teams Assist with the coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings Special Working Conditions: Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is important – some of the projects within the remit of the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.

Well-developed communication skills including listening, summarizing, probing, clarifying Strong computer skills to work with various databases and MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Health Sciences or Business.
- Advanced degree in the sciences or business would be an asset.
- Basic understanding of the medical education environment would be an asset Skills Business Risk Management, Cross-Functional Leadership, Digital Fluency, Flexible Mindset, Patient Impact In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation in Canada, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices.
- The annual pay rate for new hires in this position ranges from CAD$31,980 to CAD$79,950 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the Canadian market, education level (e.g., Undergrad / Masters / MBA etc.) and based on the experience required for the role.
