" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP REFX Responsibilities: Work as a functional SAP REFX consultant in implementation/support/enhancement projects Configure and support SAP RE-FX modules , including: Lease-in / Lease-out processes Contract management Rent calculation & adjustments Settlement and posting processes  Integrate REFX with FI (Accounts Payable/Receivable, GL)  Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications (FS)  Support UAT, SIT, testing cycles , and defect resolution  Handle production support issues (tickets, incidents, change requests)  Work with business stakeholders to improve real estate business processes  Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting standards (preferred)  Provide periodic reporting and documentation Mandatory skill sets:  6 –8 years of SAP experience with minimum 3–4 years in SAP REFX  Strong knowledge of: Lease contract lifecycle management Condition types, posting parameters, and settlement Integration with SAP FI  Experience with S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory)  Good understanding of Lease Accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)  Ability to write functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Preferred skill sets: SAP Modules: REFX, FI (mandatory) Knowledge of SAP Asset Accounting integration (nice to have) Experience in data migration / LSMW / migration cockpit (optional) Exposure to interfaces and reporting tools Years of experience required: 5 to 8 Years Education qualification: BE/ B.Tech /MBA /MCA Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills SAP Basis Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Analytical Thinking, Business Transformation, Communication, Creativity, Design Automation, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Inclusion, Intellectual Curiosity, Learning Agility, Optimism, Process Improvement, Process Optimization, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Self-Awareness, Strategic Technology Planning, Teamwork, Well Being Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
