  • Lead the ongoing success and development of one or more product areas, managing teams and multiple projects to ensure successful delivery across various initiatives.
  • Balance priorities across teams and product managers, negotiating trade-offs with other leaders to optimize delivery and maximize impact.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and status of requirements across multiple projects, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop a test/learn roadmap, including setting goals, determining necessary tests, scheduling, running tests, and taking action based on results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for user research that will support longer-term product development and innovation.
  • Lead and model data-driven decision-making, ensuring teams collaborate to analyze and understand how their data contributes to broader business and product growth.
  • Create and communicate product roadmaps for one or more areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and measurable results.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to product teams, setting clear expectations, and delivering consistent, actionable feedback.
  • Regularly identify and hire high-performing product team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities and drive continuous product excellence.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, including at least 3 years managing teams.
  • Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple product areas, projects, and teams to deliver impactful results on time.
  • Strong experience in writing, reviewing, and ensuring comprehensive product requirements.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, qualitative research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to use a computer monitor and read small text for extended periods.
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office for meetings or collaboration.
  • Lifting or carrying light objects such as laptops, office supplies, or documents (typically up to 10–15 lbs).
  • Clear verbal communication for phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
  • Ability to focus in an open office environment or while using noise-canceling devices.
  • Occasional bending, reaching, or crouching to access filing cabinets or office storage.
