However, all applications will be considered. Job Purpose The Associate Director, Facilities, EHS & Security is responsible for leading all base business operations related to facilities, environmental health and safety (EHS), and site security across the organization.
This role leads these functions across the Danvers, Peabody, and Woburn sites and is accountable for ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable day-to-day operations. This position serves as the single point of accountability for sustaining operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors across all sites.
The role owns steady-state operations and ongoing compliance programs, while partnering with Operations Strategy for capital project execution and operational handoffs
Responsibilities
- Facilities Operations - Lead day-to-day facilities operations across Danvers, Peabody
- Woburn sites - Ensure reliability and uptime of critical infrastructure supporting operations - Oversee maintenance programs, work order management
- vendor coordination - Maintain safe, clean
- functional environments across all buildings Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) - Lead EHS strategy and program execution across all sites - Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations

- corrective actions - Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture Security & Site Safety - Oversee site security programs across all locations - Ensure effective access control, emergency response

- related field - 10+ years’ experience in facilities, EHS

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $ 122,000 - $ 212,750 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
- Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
- The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
- Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.
