Key job responsibilities Vendor and Agency Management -Own end-to-end vendor and agency relationship management: SOW development, performance oversight
  • contract negotiations -Manage the full procurement journey — onboard suppliers, execute contracts, process spend approvals, open POs
  • approve invoices -Drive compliance and legal coordination across international markets -Serve as the primary business affairs liaison between internal event leads and external production partners Strategic Planning & Reporting -Contribute to the annual planning cycle: calendar, budget

  • ROI insights into strategic recommendations Budget & Financial Operations -Develop and manage event budgets within a large-scale program -Track expenses, lead invoice management
  • ensure delivery within approved allocations Operations & Process Development -Drive process development and lead operational workstreams across the events team -Identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions to scale operations -Build and maintain scalable frameworks, templates
  • Bachelor's degree - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - 7+ years of program or project management experience - Experience with end-to-end procurement processes including RFPs, vendor onboarding
  • contract execution - Experience developing and managing large-scale event budgets - Willingness to travel for onsite event support across domestic and international markets
