Tax Analyst, Intl Reporting, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ. This role is responsible for supporting global tax compliance and financial reporting activities with a focus on international tax reporting .
The Sr. Tax Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate , timely , and compliant tax provision and reporting for non‑U.S. jurisdictions , partnering closely with Finance, external advisors, and regional stakeholders. This position offers meaningful exposure to global operations, evolving tax regulations, and business transformation initiatives within DePuy Synthes.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review international income tax provisions in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Support quarterly and annual tax reporting processes, including disclosures and supporting schedules. Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather, analyze, and validate tax data from international entities.
Assist with statutory tax filings and compliance requirements for non‑U.S. jurisdictions . Monitor changes in global tax regulations and assess impacts to reporting and compliance. Partner with external advisors on technical tax matters, audits, and local country requirements.
Support process improvements, documentation, and controls related to international tax reporting. Participate in cross‑functional projects, including system enhancements and business transformations impacting tax. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field (required).
Master’s degree in Taxation or CPA (preferred). Experience and Skills Required: 4 – 6 years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or multinational tax environments. Experience with international tax reporting and income tax provision processes.
Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes and global tax concepts. Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across regions
Preferred
- Experience supporting tax reporting for large, complex multinational organizations. Familiarity with tax provision and reporting systems and ERP environments. Prior experience in the medical device, life sciences, or manufacturing industry. Exposure to tax audits and interactions with tax authorities. Process improvement or transformation project experience. Other: Language requirements: English (required)

- Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
