You'll start by reviewing contractor deliverables and providing feedback on requirements documentation. Throughout the day, you'll hold working sessions with stakeholders to clarify needs for upcoming features in the fiber network design tools, answer technical questions from engineering teams
- track progress on active construction project workflows. You'll communicate updates to leadership, facilitate decision-making sessions when priorities conflict
- ensure your contractor team stays aligned with project timelines. You'll also carve out time to mentor peers and contribute to process improvements that make future projects run more smoothly. - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - 2+ years of software development experience - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
