  • Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space. A day in the life Key responsibilities for the role will include: * Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Alexa For Shopping org. * Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs. * Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives. * Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness. About the team We are a part of Alexa For Shopping Agentic Experiences focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience. Our goal is to allow customers to intuitively engage with Amazon in natural language to get the most convenient shopping experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
