Key job responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales process support for partnered account executives and designated key accounts Own the client experience and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale through execution to post-campaign analysis Lead campaign success metrics and optimization strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and campaign updates, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously Work cross-functionally on bespoke, custom executions, defining new workflows when necessary Deliver cross-platform insights with recommended areas of improvement across multi-platform campaigns including, but not limited to, YouTube, social media, podcasts

- 4+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience with annual brand and media planning - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
