- Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Hyper Automation (RPA) & AI/ML to guide our automation engineering team. In this role, you will lead the transition of our team into a highly efficient, service-based unit that offers end-to-end (E2E) development and delivery of automation and AI/ML-powered applications. As a technical and people leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, designing complex RPA workflows, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML models (including Gen AI)
- mentoring a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure
- high-impact business solutions. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership & E2E Service Delivery Drive E2E Service Delivery: Lead the team in analyzing complex business processes and executing end-to-end development, testing, deployment
- maintenance of automation services. Architecture & Design: Oversee the solution design of advanced RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, ensuring they are secure, scalable
- resilient. AI/ML & Gen AI Integration: Direct the integration of AI/ML algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Gen AI capabilities (such as chatbots and document automation) into traditional RPA workflows. Technical Governance: Establish and enforce development best practices, reusable code repositories, frameworks
- coding standards. 2. Team Management & Mentorship People Leadership: Lead, coach
- mentor senior and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence
- proactive problem-solving. Resource Allocation: Manage sprint planning, resource assignment
- workload balancing across multiple concurrent automation projects. Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps
- coordinate training programs to upskill the team on emerging automation tech. 3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, process owners
- leadership to understand business pain points and translate them into technical automation pipelines. Escalation Support: Act as the senior point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and ensuring minimal disruption to deployed bots. Agile Orchestration: Lead daily standups, sprint planning
- retrospective sessions in an Agile environment to ensure predictable project delivery.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering
- related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : Overall Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering/IT. RPA & Automation Experience : At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA and AI/ML development. Leadership Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical lead, team lead
- scrum master role managing technical delivery teams. Mandatory/requires Skills : Technical Stack & Skills Must Have : RPA Platforms: Automation Anywhere (Automation 360), Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows). Programming: Python (for AI/ML integrations, scripting
- custom components). AI/ML Concepts: Document Automation/IQ Bot, NLP, Computer Vision, API Integrations, SQL Queries. Methodology: Agile / Scrum. Good to Have : Low-Code/No-Code: Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps) is a major plus. Advanced AI: Experience with Deep Learning, Generative AI APIs
- LLM orchestration. Programming: C# / .NET, JavaScript. Mandatory Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced or Master RPA Professional (A360). Power Automate PL-500 certification. Personal Attributes Strategic Thinking : Ability to align technical automation projects with high-level business goals and service-delivery transitions. Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical solutions clearly to non-technical business partners. Quality-Driven : Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, auditable
- compliant software. Adaptable & Proactive : Confident in navigating fast-paced environments and eager to champion new technologies within the organization.
