TA Coordinator (Temporary)

Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to provide support and partnership to a team of recruiters, including but not limited to: managing the interview scheduling process, actively participating in recruiting activities, and administering and monitoring the pre-employment process while providing a high-quality candidate experience.
This includes responsibility for ensuring the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates and new hires by providing responsive, professional service and support in the recruiting function. What You Will Do Manages the interview scheduling process, including phone, virtual and on-site interviews.
May participate and make eligibility determination during phone screens and resume reviews with both external and internal candidates Gathers and verifies schedule request information, builds the interview itinerary, contacts candidates and interviewers to coordinate appointments, and confirms appointments using Microsoft Outlook and email Provides a seamless on-boarding experience by overseeing the pre-employment process Manages the processing of candidate expenses by reconciling and routing for approval in the Expense Management System Serves as a contact person for internal and external candidates by communicating professionally through email and phone correspondence, answering routine questions and using independent judgement to respond to requests for information or to refer more complex requests to appropriate staff members Sends proactive follow-up with hiring managers to ensure they are able to interview during their designated interview time.
Provides support to recruiters by gathering and verifying job information, formatting job descriptions, and posting positions in an applicant tracking system (ATS) Participates in projects associated with the enhancement of recruiting processes or improvement of hiring manager and candidate experience Conducts rehire check eligibility for candidates who are going to move forward after resume review, present to recruiter Participates in local career fairs/conferences/campus/military events Attends, participates and documents feedback during intake session and debrief meetings with the recruiter and interview panel as needed Sends out eligibility communication for confirmation to interview, captures and provides interview feedback, etc. and sends disposition interview decisions to internal candidates validated with the Recruiter for internal candidates only.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 3 Years Related experience in Office Administration 3 Years Experience interfacing with all levels of the organization, including Executives and external candidates 3 Years Experience using Microsoft Outlook email and calendar 3 Years Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment with highly confidential information Preferred Skills/Education 3 Years Experience working in a high volume human resources or recruiting environment Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience working in an environment of change About Lowe’s Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
