Join our change journey at J&J—help shape what’s next Step into a high-impact career opportunity with real visibility THE OPPORTUNITY The Analyst, I2C (Invoice‑to‑Cash) supports end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash activities to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and effective resolution of customer account issues.

This role plays a key part in maintaining strong cash flow, customer satisfaction, and financial integrity by partnering closely with commercial, customer service, and finance teams. The position offers exposure to core financial processes within a global medical devices organization and opportunities to build analytical and operational expertise .

RESPONSIBILITIES Support invoice‑to‑cash processes including billing, cash application, collections support, and dispute resolution. Review and analyze customer accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries in a timely manner . Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to address order, pricing, or credit‑related issues. Prepare and maintain reports, reconciliations, and documentation related to I2C activities.

Support month‑ end close activities and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. ABOUT YOU Required: Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in invoice‑to‑cash, accounts receivable, order‑to‑cash, finance operations, or a related function.

Working knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, and customer account management processes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel or similar tools. Desirable: Experience working in a shared services or global business services environment. Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and regional teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Other : Languages: English and Spanish required . Travel: Limited; occasional domestic or regional travel as needed.
