  • How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead research projects end-to-end, ensuring they're aligned with brand and business strategy and executed on high-quality standards.
  • Translate research into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across brand, marketing, and product.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define research objectives and integrate findings into campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Guide the design and execution of both quantitative and qualitative studies, and proactively recommend the best methodologies.
  • Manage agency relationships and act as the quality gatekeeper for research that is conducted.
  • Contribute to building a shared learning culture by maintaining and sharing key insights and historical learnings.
  • What you'll need to thrive:
  • Extensive experience in consumer and/or market research, with a track record of shaping brand and business strategy through insight leadership.
  • Proven experience managing external research agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, with the confidence to work independently and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent communication and data storytelling skills, translating complex findings into clear strategic narratives.
  • A genuine learning mindset — you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to deepen your expertise in research methodologies and consumer behavior.
  • A performance mindset — you set ambitious goals for your research initiatives and have the determination and resilience to see them through to strategic impact.
  • An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation — you actively explore how AI can enhance research design, analysis, and insight delivery, and are excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.
