The Associate, R&D Supplier Management plays a critical role in supporting study planning, supplier management, operational execution, and data management activities across multiple R&D programs. This position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, CROs, laboratories, and external suppliers to ensure timely study execution, documentation compliance, forecasting accuracy, and delivery of operational milestones.

The successful candidate will leverage project management, data analysis, supplier coordination, and documentation management skills to support study lifecycle activities, risk management initiatives, and operational excellence within the R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities Perform general data management and project management activities across multiple verticals. Provide transactional study planning and lifecycle support Monitor our planning tool for new studies and updates to existing studies Assign Planisware number and manage timelines (eg Bioanalytical lab name, PO#, study status) Monitor/manage/query key systems to support documentation, planning and forecasting Ensure finalized study documentation is archived appropriately Support risk management through collection and analysis of metrics, trends and databases.

Support visualization dashboards, curate content, provide real-time updates Pull upcoming studies from MSL systems to support planning and forecasting. Generate key shipping documents including international commercial terms, import permits, letters of authorization and others as needed Manage procurement and shipment requests (eg critical reagents and study samples) Liaise with external suppliers to plan and coordinate key shipments and deliverables Perform review and submission of regulated documents and data (eg MVP, MVR, deviations) Populate key trackers (eg timelines, purchase orders, supplier issues) Monitor CRO reagent trackers and review periodically for accuracy and expiry management.

Assist in documenting supplier oversight activity (eg evaluation, monitoring, and remediation events) Ensure clear communication of progress against all deliverables and prompt escalation of issues. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. 2 - 4 years of experience in supplier management, project coordination, study operations, clinical research, laboratory operations, or a related field.

Experience working with databases, planning tools, and document management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications. .
