- As a Hardware Development Engineer within the (RDPI) team, you will design, develop
- deliver mechanical components and systems for Amazon's next generation of products. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into manufacturable designs that meet customer needs and business requirements. Key job responsibilities - Deliver mechanical design projects from concept through production, ensuring designs meet functional requirements, cost targets

- manufacturing partners to integrate mechanical designs with other subsystems. - Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production phases - Document design decisions, test results
- engineering changes - Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) activities - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
- 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience - Experience with prototyping and implementation - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
