- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources
- a related field - 5+ years of HR generalist, management
- business partner role experience - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level - Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries - PHR, GPHR
