The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Lead Portfolio Manager on the Activation Team you will be responsible for establishing and leading a standardized, scalable project operating system that supports the successful delivery of a complex portfolio of supply chain initiatives. Your work will focus on enabling consistent, data-driven execution by implementing clear governance, structured processes

  • Lead the development, implementation

  • Establish and govern a common project management tool ecosystem, driving adoption of predictive project management practices, data integrity, workflow standardization, and portfolio transparency across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio performance frameworks that provide a single source of truth for delivery metrics, portfolio health, and executive decision-making.
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the project portfolio.
  • Design and govern tiered project lifecycle and stage-gate frameworks aligned to project complexity, risk, and investment level, ensuring consistent planning rigor, execution readiness, and delivery performance.
  • Define and maintain governance structures, decision rights, escalation pathways, and project readiness criteria that enable timely, data-driven progression of initiatives and effective resolution of delivery risks.
  • Lead governance forums and portfolio reviews, facilitating structured decision-making, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Establish and standardize stakeholder engagement models, communication frameworks, decision rights

  • Integrate annual planning and rolling intake into a scalable demand management process that improves forecasting, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Lead portfolio capacity and resource planning, identifying constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs while driving escalation and resolution of resource conflicts and delivery risks.
  • Define and institutionalize standards for project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution practices that improve delivery predictability and project outcomes.
  • Establish performance management and continuous improvement mechanisms, including portfolio health monitoring, lessons learned, and targeted process improvements that strengthen delivery effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of project management tools, governance processes, and standard ways of working through training, stakeholder engagement, performance visibility, and continuous reinforcement.
  • Ensure continuity and consistency of project execution across long-duration initiatives, project leadership transitions
