EHS Engineer

Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments. Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, and LOTO. Participate in incident, near-miss, and injury investigations and drive corrective actions.
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments. Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with site requirements Track and report safety KPIs and leading indicators. Conduct EHS inductions and refresher training programs.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and awareness initiatives. Organize mock drills for fire, chemical spills, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Review contractor EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements. Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification and surveillance audits Initiate the PR and track its progress through PO issuance.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and company EHS standards. Support the development of safe work procedures and standard operating procedures. Support in Preparation AI enabled EHS reports, presentations, and management dashboards Collaborate with team members, including engineers and maintenance staff, to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades, including AI-enabled and agentic solutions for process optimization .
