For more information, visit Lowes India About the Team The Lowe's Loyalty Marketing Operations team is responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive member engagement and retention. The team configures, tests, and launches online and in-store promotions, manages the Associate Care Inbox and Reward Center, supports the Kids Workshop program, develops audience strategies for personalized campaigns, and delivers insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance the member experience.

Job Summary: The Analyst, Loyalty Operations will work closely with the Loyalty Program & operations Management team and cross-functional partners to operationalize loyalty program strategies that drive frequency and retention among existing loyalty members.

The Analyst will operate with a high level of responsibility in ensuring the program is running accurately and efficiently and will drive new and enhanced processes that accelerate and streamline core program experiences and promotions. Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end business and/or loyalty operations in collaboration with Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, and/or Technology teams is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities: Support execution of Loyalty strategies, ensuring that projects and backend processes help drive program results and efficient operations Handle end-to-end operations processes, from prioritizing member-related queries to maintaining program SLAs with internal and external stakeholders Set up promotions and offers with accuracy leveraging loyalty platform tools and marketing capabilities Partner closely with global Loyalty Program Managers, Brand Marketing, Technology Data Analytics to effectively execute and support program strategy Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the development and execution of promotions, coupons, and discounts Partner with Loyalty technology and analytics teams to execute promotions and measure results Support the implementation of operational product developments and enhancements and ensure quality check and excellence is maintained Coordinate with IT support for technical troubleshooting, updating software, etc.

Identify process improvement opportunities, and develop and implement necessary solutions Be comfortable operating in constant, rapid test & learn environment and driving organizational change through action Manage tasks, deliver results, and designate responsibilities across global and virtual teams Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional peers Manage the Associate Care support inbox and respond to associate inquiries related to the loyalty program.

Support testing, validation, and communication for loyalty program updates and initiatives as needed. Years of Experience: 2-4 years of work experience marketing operations Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Graduate or post graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications, Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce Skill Set Required: Key skills: Campaign management & execution, loyalty programs, e-commerce/online retail, retail operations, stakeholder management, communication skills, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, member engagement strategies, and program analytics Data-driven marketing experience Experience in Business and/or Loyalty Operations; preferably in promotions management Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams’ environment Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately Effectively manages work with international partners Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented & demonstrate organizational & analytical skills Demonstrate professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality Secondary Skills (desired) Experience with loyalty programs or customer engagement campaigns Advanced degree in marketing, analytics, or related field Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g.
