About the team Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an award-winning advertising team that conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences for brands who invest in media with Amazon Ads, scaling successful campaign elements as new products or features in existing products. Brand Partnership Studios operate within BIL as experts in co-branded, IP-driven programs.
- -15+ years of Advertising experience. -Proven track record of concepting and delivering premium, custom brand partnerships at scale — ideally at the intersection of entertainment IP and advertising. -Experience building and scaling brand strategy or creative services organizations from the ground up, including establishing systems, processes

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
