- Innovating and delivering creative SW Designs to develop new services, solve operational problems, drive improvements in developer velocity, or positively impact operational safety
- Writing requirements capturing documents, design documents, integration test plans, and deployment plans
- Communicating status and progress of deliverables to schedule, and sharing learnings/ innovations with your team and stakeholders
- Building and leveraging multi-agent semi- or fully autonomous spec-driven software development pipelines
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language - AI fluency - leveraging agentic AI in daily software development and developing autonomous software development agents - AI fluency/Agentic AI - spec driven development
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
