Team Lead Product Manager, Mobile Apps (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do

• As Team Lead Product Manager - Mobile Apps , you will own the vision, strategy
• execution of AutoScout24’s mobile app ecosystem across iOS and Android. You will lead a team of Product Managers, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing
• Commercial stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences that drive customer engagement, retention
• You are both a strategic leader and a hands-on product expert who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will help shape the future of our mobile products while fostering a strong product culture and developing the next generation of product talent.
• Product Leadership & Strategy
• Define and communicate the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitive analysis, and data.
• Drive mobile-first thinking across the organization and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
• Establish clear product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
• Support career development, coaching, and performance management.
• Establish effective product management practices, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Product Delivery
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive execution from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Ensure high-quality releases and continuous product improvements.
• Customer & Data Focus
• Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative product development.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize key metrics.
• Stakeholder Management
• Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Influence decision-making through strong business and customer insights.
• What you’ll bring:
• Experience
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in mobile products.
• Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring Product Managers.
• Proven track record of delivering successful mobile app products at scale.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Skills
• Strong strategic thinking and product vision.
• Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, user behavior, and app growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer and commercial objectives.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Nice to Have
• Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, automotive, or consumer digital products.
• Knowledge of subscription, monetization, or growth product strategies.
• Familiarity with modern product discovery methodologies and outcome-driven product management.
