Role Overview: The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, managing relationships with channel partners, and enabling partners to effectively sell and deliver solutions. This role bridges the gap between the organization's sales strategy and partner execution.

Key job responsibilities Partner Relationship Management – Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key channel/technology partners to drive mutual business growth. Revenue Generation – Own and achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets through joint go-to-market strategies.

Partner Enablement – Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to position and sell solutions effectively. Business Planning – Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners, including pipeline development, co-selling motions, and marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with direct sales, marketing, solutions architects, and partner development teams to align partner activities with company goals. Market Development – Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage and address whitespace opportunities.

Performance Tracking – Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, certifications) and drive accountability through regular business reviews

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development
  • alliance management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner-driven revenue targets Strong understanding of cloud/technology ecosystems and partner business models Excellent communication, negotiation
  • stakeholder management skills Experience with CRM tools and partner management platforms
  • Experience in stakeholder and communication management - Experience using CRM tools
