Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Mortgage Servicing Analytical Insights Manager – Deployment leads the enterprise Path to Production operating model, overseeing Production Operations, Data Pipeline Engineering, Production Management, and Analytics Delivery to ensure analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and AI solutions are successfully deployed, governed, monitored, and continuously optimized. Drive enterprise standards for production reliability, data quality, governance, compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring scalable and resilient delivery of critical business capabilities. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and data solutions from deployment through sustained value realization, including release management, production support, pipeline orchestration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Direct execution, intake governance, production readiness, and operational processes to ensure efficient delivery, system stability, and seamless transition of analytics products into production environments. Partner with business, analytics, and technology leaders to align operational and delivery strategies with organizational objectives, maximize adoption of data-driven solutions, and accelerate business value realization. Build high-performing teams, establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and deliver measurable outcomes that advance enterprise performance, operational intelligence, and strategic transformation goals. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Lead and manage a team responsible for reporting, analytics, and operational insights 2. Oversee the delivery of servicing reports and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness 3. Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions 4. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness 5. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support professional development 6. Ensure alignment with COI strategy, priorities, and governance standards 7. Maintain visibility into project pipelines, risks, and dependencies. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in team leadership within operations, analytics, or reporting environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
