• performance. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to support product testing and validation activities for our ITW Safety division. This role works closely with the engineering team to perform electrical and mechanical testing, document results

• Perform electrical and mechanical testing on automotive components
• Support validation and performance testing
• Collect and document test data
• Prepare test reports
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain lab organization
• Ensure safety and quality compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with lab equipment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
• Automotive development experience (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA)
• GD&T knowledge
• Ability to read schematics
• Experience with project tools Work Environment Lab, office
