To meet their standards, our product range relies on combination of deep tech and full-stack development, making it highly challenging from both a technical and a user perspective.
- Cross-functional and durable, our product teams are at the core of our success, typically consisting of a product manager and a group of talented engineers. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Associate Product Manager who is eager to dive in and understand every single detail of this very complex product ecosystem. Because this role requires highly hands-on interaction with our hardware and software, it is a hybrid position with weekly office presence.
- YOUR TASKS
- As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial, hands-on role in ensuring the solutions we develop are valuable, user-friendly, and perfectly aligned with the high expectations of our elite sports clients.
- Support Product Leadership: Work closely with and assist a Product Manager in evaluating options, analyzing trade-offs, and making the right strategic and tactical decisions for our complex product range.
- Master the Details: Immerse yourself in the intricacies of our deep tech and full-stack product range to deeply understand it from both a highly technical and user-facing perspective.
- Drive Alignment: Support efforts at the intersection of strategy, elite customer needs, and execution, championing customer value and product alignment.
- Understand the Business: Develop a strong understanding of business constraints across areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, finance, legal, and privacy.
- Analyze the User Experience: Gain deep insights into our users—elite athletes, coaches, and sports scientists—understanding how they interact with our products and the complex data that informs their experiences.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to help shape the future of our products.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely on-site with engineers and senior product leaders to identify and deliver impactful solutions that bring tangible value to our customers.

- YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Sports Science, or Business) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technology-driven product roles. We also welcome and encourage applications from former working students with relevant experience.
- Sports science knowledge (e.g., athletic performance) and the ability to understand how high-volume tracking data transforms into robust, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to craft clear, data-driven narratives.
- Early track record of building collaborative and productive relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, leadership).
