Employment Type Permanent Closing Date 22 June 2026 11:59pm Job Title Data Insights & Analytics Analyst Job Summary Job Description As a Data Insights & Analytics Analyst, you’ll combine technical analytics capability with strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.

You’ll be responsible for owning and delivering reporting and analytics activities aligned to contractual, operational, and customer requirements, while also supporting the evolution of reporting capability through automation and modern analytics approaches.

The role will involve working across multiple data sources and operational systems to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and delivered in line with defined cadences and expectations. The role has a strong focus on the reliable delivery of reporting obligations , with continuous improvement and modernisation initiatives supporting this core responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver contractual, operational
  • service delivery reporting outputs, ensuring all obligations are met accurately, on time
  • across defined reporting cadences (daily, weekly, monthly
  • ad-hoc) Execute and manage end-to-end reporting processes and data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation

  • reliability Build and enhance scalable reporting solutions, dashboards
  • analytics workflows, applying strong data quality, reconciliation
  • assurance practices to maintain accurate, complete
  • audit-ready reporting outputs Monitor reporting pipelines and workflows to identify and resolve issues, including contributing to incident investigation, root cause analysis
  • remediation Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns to service performance, contractual commitments

  • controlled data handling requirements, particularly within secure and regulated environments Prepare and present insights that support operational and service delivery decision-making

  • To be successful in the role, you’ll bring: Technical capability Experience working with SQL for data extraction, interrogation
  • reporting Experience using Python (Pandas/NumPy preferred) for analytics or automation activities Experience with Power BI, Tableau

  • reporting architecture concepts Awareness of secure analytics environments supporting Defence, Government
  • regulated customers Advanced Excel capability Exposure to Azure, Microsoft Fabric
  • modern cloud-based analytics automation tools and environments preferred Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics
