- Act as a technical lead to deliver end-to-end product development
- Build full-stack solutions using microservices, event-driven architectures and cloud-native technologies
- Ensure quality, performance, security, and other NFR benchmarks
- Mentor and guide engineering teams; drive adoption of best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including Product, Business, Architecture and other engineering teams
- Lead initiatives to improve automation, engineering efficiency and product quality
- Drive POCs and technology decisions aligned with business and platform needs All About You
- 10–15 years of experience as a hands-on technologist with strong Object-Oriented Design and clean coding practices in Java (SOLID principles)
- Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture and scalable system design
- Experience with Spring Boot, cloud platforms and Agile (SAFe) delivery models
- Proven experience in building real-time, high-scale applications
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to design innovative, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence Preferred Skills / Experience
- Java: J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
- Frontend: Angular / React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Distributed systems: caching, messaging/event frameworks
- Database: PostgreSQL (optimized SQL development)
- API design and implementation
- CI/CD and cloud-native development practices
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade software Skills / Abilities
