Role Summary This role provides support in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases and supports backend development, documentation, performance monitoring, and data flow across systems. Responsibilites Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs.
Build secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions. Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth, Okta, and JWT. Monitor application performance using Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices. Support production applications and drive service reliability.
Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1+ years of experience in application development, system analysis, and database management. Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) Strong knowledge of Debugging in AWS and legacy using modern tools & Optional - Agile, confluence, JIRA Strong knowledge of Java, Spring boot and Cloud platforms mainly AWS Preferred to have Python Basics Proficiency in AWS - Lambda, step functions, Dynamo DB, S3, ECS .
Working knowledge of Splunk, Honeycomb, Cloud watch Good knowledge on API – security - OAUTH/OKTA jwts Good understanding and working knowledge on TDD / BDD- Test Automation Skills (Cucumber) – TS02. Version: Java 17; Python 3.9+; Spring Boot 3.0 + Exposure to modern development tools and practices.
