Manufacturing Operations Monitor line performance, lot movement, and WIP status Ensure achievement of daily/shift production targets Maintain process stability across manufacturing areas 2. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to SOPs, OCAP, QMS, and safety guidelines Maintain audit-ready documentation and process traceability Ensure compliance with regulatory standards 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with Production, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and IT teams Support smooth execution of manufacturing operations Drive resolution of cross-functional issues 7.

Data Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs: Output, yield, downtime, WIP Ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decisions Develop reports and dashboards for visibility 8. Team Leadership & Capability Building Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators Drive training, certification (ATMES), and skill development Ensure accountability and ownership on shopfloor 9.
