As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor Sr within PNC's Technology Business Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX. This Business Experience & Planning Advisor Sr role within Technology Business Operations enables operational readiness for scaled organizational growth and effectiveness and is responsible for guiding workforce portfolio decisions, demand prioritization
- work placement strategies that optimize delivery outcomes, organizational effectiveness
- long-term operating model objectives. This role partners with HR, shared services, control partners and technology stakeholders to coordinate planning and execution activities across functions and drive enablement - improving workforce-related operational transparency, organizational throughput, decision-making
- outcomes across a 17,000+ person technology organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery cohesion across technology workforce-related domains by aligning shared outcomes, priorities, cross-functional partnerships, and execution requirements to prevent fragmentation and improve outcomes.
- Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks (Technology and partner stakeholders, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, suppliers, service providers) to enable business value delivery, surface tradeoffs, escalate when needed, and unblock execution.
- Facilitate operating rhythms of the function (stakeholder enablement cadences, executive reporting, leader forums, etc.) and contribute to executive reporting routines for the workforce pillar of the Technology Strategy, clearly communicating performance against intended outcomes, ensuring altitude-appropriate insights, timely decisions and follow-through.
- Streamline operational processes and complexity to maximize efficiency and value.
- Manages workforce-related operational risks though the technology workforce risk framework to ensure effective scaling within Technology’s risk appetite limits.
- Apply program management rigor to deliver initiatives, and track and enable execution partner engagement and proactive leadership transparency.
- Enable scaling of technology’s global operating model through acceleration of offshore delivery model and integration of capabilities into operational routines.
- Partner across Technology organizations, offshore leadership teams and shared services partners to evaluate, prioritize
- sequence workforce demand using established work placement and readiness criteria, balancing business outcomes, delivery risk, capacity
- operating model objectives.
- Enable scalable execution of cross-functional workforce planning and calibration activities to ensure work is aligned to the most effective delivery model, clear ownership

- Technology business management practices and related functional partner interaction models.
- Agile program/project management disciplines (iterative delivery planning, accountability, value prioritization, stakeholder management, cadences).
- Executive reporting and performance measurement (OKRs/KPIs/KRIs; leader-ready insights).
- Process improvement / operational excellence (root-cause analysis, standards work, sustainable controls).
- Agentic enablement tools and developing workflows and automation.
- Technology global organizational composition constructs, inputs and outputs, both human and agentic
- team constructs relative to operating model / delivery methodology (product, service / agile, traditional)
- productivity / capacity optimization best practice and levers.
- Synthesis and structured problem solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Influence without authority; stakeholder alignment and conflict management.
- Bias for action with strong sense of urgency, judgment, and prioritization.

- Deep understanding of workforce strategy, offshore delivery models, and portfolio-level prioritization, with the ability to translate complex organizational tradeoffs into actionable leadership decisions.
- Application of workforce prioritization and operating model frameworks to assess work alignment, delivery readiness, capacity constraints, and organizational tradeoffs across global technology portfolios.
