Your day might include collaborating with cross-functional partners to evaluate new technical approaches, prototyping solutions to complex recommendation challenges
- contributing to the architecture of systems that serve millions of users. You'll participate in design reviews, write and review code with your teammates
- help troubleshoot issues that arise in production environments. Beyond your core development work, you'll mentor junior engineers, share your technical insights during team discussions

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team - Experience in the field of content recommender systems
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
