Job Summary: The Specifica team at IQVIA is seeking a scientist to help develop and execute antibody discovery strategies in a highly collaborative research environment. This role will advance in vitro display technologies for lead antibody identification and optimization across antibody discovery programs for IQVIA partners worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing: Implement novel selection strategies for the discovery and screening of antibodies Design and execute in vitro display technologies for lead antibody identification and optimization Identify and solve technical problems independently while developing innovative research ideas Provide project updates, analyses, and scientific advice to partners and senior management Ensure consistency and quality of technical reports Engage with internal and external scientific leaders to support collaborative research Contribute scientific insights across therapeutic areas and antibody discovery programs What We Are Looking For: BS or Ms degree in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines; PhD in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines BS or Ms degree in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines with typically 1-2 years of experience.
PhD with 0-1 years of experience. Hands-on experience with in vitro antibody discovery display technologies such as phage, yeast, or mammalian display Extensive experience and knowledge in antibody engineering and optimization Strong molecular biology skills Familiarity with sequence analysis tools Experience with flow cytometry Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Ability to explore and develop new approaches to advance innovative in vitro discovery and screening technologies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to operate as a team player in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment across functional and therapeutic areas Adaptability to rapid changes in project priorities and timelines What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.

We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,800.00 - $122,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
