Associate Director of Business Performance What you will do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role, you will support the execution of global program and change management communications, as well as program management activities for the S/4HANA (or other technology) transformation.
You will help drive organizational readiness, alignment, and capability building across key phases such as UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare, contributing to a consistent enterprise-wide program management approach. Working closely with program leadership, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex initiatives.
This includes strengthening governance, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering clear, consistent communications to stakeholders. You will gather and synthesize cross-functional inputs to translate complex program dynamics into actionable plans and high-quality executive deliverables that support decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Integrate cross-workstream/program dependencies, risks
- execution plans Lead structured risk, issue

- accountability across teams Support go-live readiness by aligning execution progress, readiness indicators
- leadership decisions Reinforce execution discipline and structured delivery practices Identify and apply best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement Oversee program budget, including forecasting, tracking
- variance analysis Align resources with program priorities, milestones
- value delivery Provide transparent reporting to program leadership Execute communications strategy for the S/4HANA transformation Act as integration point across Corporate Affairs, Change Management, Training, Legal, HR

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of Enterprise Program Management / Transformation Management experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of Enterprise Program Management / Transformation Management experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Enterprise Program Management / Transformation Management experience OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of Enterprise Program Management / Transformation Management experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Enterprise Program Management / Transformation Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs in healthcare or manufacturing (SAP S/4HANA preferred) Strong program management, governance
- execution expertise, including hands on experience and fluency with modern program management tools (MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.) Deep experience in managing change, communications
- stakeholder engagement Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills Experience with Agile software development, including the SAFe methodology Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards

- Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
