Responsible for EMPB / PPAP first sample preparation and on-time submission for HtvP products Continuous tracking and follow-up of sampling timelines Preparation of customer-required documentation and information packages Maintaining continuous communication with internal stakeholders (production, development, quality, project management) Active usage and support of POST tool as key contact person Review and alignment of sampling status across projects and change implementations Monitoring of sampling performance (timing, completeness, quality) and initiating corrective actions where needed Ensuring process compliance with internal standards and customer-specific requirements (PPAP/EMPB) Participation in problem-solving activities related to sampling delays or quality issues Follow-up and coordination of deviations, including supporting internal communication in case of deviations or escalations Providing training on initial sampling processes within the organization 2–4 years experience in automotive quality / project / sampling environment BE/B.Tech (E&C or E&E)
- Solid knowledge of PPAP / EMPB processes - Application of VDA 2 and AIAG PPAP standards in managing end-to-end initial sampling processes - Understanding of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949) - Problem-solving skills (8D methodology is an advantage) - Knowledge and practical use of customer portals for initial sampling submission
