Job Overview: Do you want to make a difference in Procurement for a global, leading Technology company powering the future of AI compute? This is a exciting time to be joining the Arm Procurement team. We are in the middle of a significant transformation.

What does that mean for you? You would be joining a growing team, who are investing in the forefront of Procurement and AI technology and managing over £1bn of indirect / goods not for resale spend. We are looking for an energetic, driven and commercially minded Category / Procurement Manager, who enjoy working in a flexible and collaborative way to join our Corporate Services team and deliver sustainable value.

This role will lead a range of Professional Services categories and initiatives across legal, financial services, consultancy, insurance and business process outsourcing as well as supporting other categories within the team as required. As Arm continues to evolve and grow, the focus areas of this role may expand and adapt to support changing business priorities and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Category Management - Development and implementation of category plans, to support delivery of the functional strategies.
  • Develop and implement a pipeline of projects to deliver improvements in value, quality, risk and ESG performance Sourcing - Leading end to end source to contract activity including market assessment, negotiation and contracting.
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers in the category.
  • Stakeholder Management - Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, whilst developing positive relationships Responsible Sourcing - Manage supply risk and identification of mitigating actions.
  • Ensure our suppliers are aligned to deliver against Arm's ambitious ESG objectives Required Skills and Experience : Proven experience in Procurement / Category management Experience of Professional Services procurement including Legal, Financial Services, Consultancy, Insurance, Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Ability to develop and implement category plans, bringing the latest category insights back into Arm Proven track record of running end to end sourcing activities Ability to operate in a constantly evolving and multifaceted environment Skilled in developing and managing often sophisticated contracts Ability to collaborate effectively Experience to offer commercial guidance in a number of different, often complex scenarios Strong communicator, who is highly inclusive and collaborative &ldquo
