Content Analyst

The Content Analyst will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, validation, and dissemination of high-quality Treasury and Fixed Income market data across the EMEA region. The role requires managing real-time reference data operations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, supporting client issue resolution, and driving continuous improvements in data quality and operational processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business operations related to real-time reference data.
Maintain, validate, and deliver accurate Treasury and Fixed Income market data within defined service levels. Ensure data quality through proactive monitoring, cleansing, and maintenance activities.. Deliver high productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Work closely with internal teams to identify trends and recurring client concerns, recommending and implementing solutions to reduce client queries. Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data-related issues effectively and efficiently.
Facilitate communication with CRM teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure timely issue resolution and enhanced customer experience. Efficiently handle customer issues and escalations before referral to Team Leads where appropriate.
Proactively undertake process assessments, working reviews, and operational improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and standardization across processes. Perform root cause analysis for service requests and operational issues, working with relevant teams to implement sustainable solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Treasury, Fixed Income, and FX markets. Experience working with financial market data, reference data, or content operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good keyboard and data-entry skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate high agility and adaptability. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Desired Skills Passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
