All Job Posting Locations: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States of America, West Palm Beach, Florida, United States Job Description: Position Summary Operational Enablement Lead is responsible for leading strategic operational initiatives, process implementation, procedural governance, and business capability deployment across the Capital Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities · Implement new operational capabilities, process standardization, and scalable integration. · Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures. · Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Distribution teams. · Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards. · Manage warehouse staffing, labor planning, and operational scheduling. · Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations · Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization · Lead operational readiness for NPIs, system deployments, and strategic rollouts. · Develop roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans; facilitate executive reporting. · Drive change management, cross‑functional execution, and stakeholder alignment. · Manage program delivery — timelines, risks, resources, continuous improvement, and scaling.
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. · 7+ years of operational excellence or transformation leadership experience. · Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. · Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. · SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience preferred.
