Job Title: Technical Trainer & Jr. Digital Engineer Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * What You’ll Get to Do: This role will be dual-hatted.

Your primary role will be as lead trainer. Your secondary role will be as a Jr. digital engineer. You will be responsible for conducting and facilitating general and specific training. CACI develops and manages the execution of site-specific training for designated USAFE security forces personnel.

The training includes hands-on training and individual system operator, system maintenance training (if applicable), and badge management training courses (if applicable). For each of these courses, CACI also provides and conducts any prerequisite training (such as Windows Server Admin, Active Directory Admin, SQL Server Admin, Security Plus Cyber More About the Role: Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face, online, and/or self-paced instruction.

May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. Develops and presents training programs for U.S.

Air Force customers. Coordinates with the project team and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data, and schedules programs. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations.

Conducts training programs on topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills. To ensure that requirements, models, simulations, and other digital engineering artifacts can be shared effectively, a preferred set of digital engineering tools will be used to execute digital engineering activities.

The current set of preferred digital engineering tools are IBM Rational DOORS for requirement definition and management and No Magic Cameo Enterprise Architecture/MagicDraw suite of products for system modeling and analysis. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
