Focus of the Role Telstra Enterprise's Fixed Connectivity portfolio continues to evolve in line with customer needs, market opportunities and our long-term business strategy. You'll bring together insights from customers, industry trends, commercial priorities and emerging technologies to help shape where the portfolio goes next.
Working across multiple business functions, you'll connect people, ideas and priorities to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, well understood and positioned for successful delivery. Success in this role comes from your ability to influence without authority, simplify complexity and provide leaders with the insights and confidence they need to make informed portfolio decisions.

Purchased annual leave scheme Additional Telstra day off Additional 30% off Telstra products and services Toolkit provided (laptop + mobile phone + plan paid for) About the role As the Fixed Connectivity Portfolio Enablement Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping shape and execute the strategic direction of Telstra Enterprise's Fixed Connectivity and Network as a Product (NaaP) portfolio.
Working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Technology, you'll translate long-term strategic priorities into clear, actionable portfolio roadmaps that support customer growth, innovation and commercial success. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You'll bring together customer insights, market intelligence, technology trends and commercial priorities to influence portfolio decisions, support investment planning and ensure our roadmap continues to deliver value for both our customers and Telstra.
You'll also play an important role in driving cross-functional alignment, enabling innovation and ensuring leaders have the information they need to make informed strategic decisions. What you'll be doing In this role you'll: Shape portfolio strategy Support the development and evolution of Telstra Enterprise's Fixed Connectivity and NaaP strategy.
Maintain a prioritised 12–24 month portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic business objectives. Analyse customer, market, analyst and competitor insights to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Translate strategic priorities into practical initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Drive portfolio execution Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing and Strategy teams to align priorities and roadmap delivery. Coordinate planning activities, portfolio interlocks and governance forums. Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to reporting that measures strategic progress.
Ensure initiatives remain aligned with customer and commercial priorities. Represent the customer Engage directly with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate future opportunities. Use market intelligence and customer feedback to influence portfolio direction.
Build confidence that customer priorities remain central to strategic decision making. Enable innovation Identify emerging technologies, industry trends and strategic partnership opportunities. Support innovation initiatives, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
Help shape future portfolio opportunities that strengthen Telstra's market position. Support executive decision making Prepare strategic papers, recommendations and executive presentations. Provide clear, evidence-based insights that support investment and portfolio decisions.
Become a trusted source of truth for portfolio priorities, roadmap status and strategic direction. About you We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting strategy with execution and can confidently work across multiple stakeholder groups to drive outcomes.
You'll bring: Experience developing strategic roadmaps, portfolio plans or business strategies within a complex organisation. Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess opportunities, prioritise initiatives and support investment decisions.
Experience analysing market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Sales, Technology, Marketing and Strategy.
Strong communication skills, including preparing executive papers, presentations and recommendations. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving outcomes in matrix environments. A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance customer needs, commercial priorities and business strategy.
Ideally, you'll also have experience in Telecommunications, networking or enterprise technology environments. Enterprise networking, Fixed Connectivity, Network as a Product (NaaP), SD-WAN, SASE or Managed Services. Emerging technologies including AI-enabled networking and automation.
Business modelling, financial analysis and portfolio performance reporting. Using data and insights to support strategic planning and decision making.
